EnTechSolv's Education & Training offerings have one primary objective: to enable organizations to leverage the investment on Oracle eBusiness suite of products through hands-on and practical knowledge sharing.

Our E&T offering is comprehensive in the Oracle ERP Applications arena. Typically, our training programs are instructor-led class room sessions. But our concept of education does not stop with just training classes. Even in consulting initiatives, all EnTechSolv consultants will gladly hand-hold your users and technical IT staff and transfer as much knowledge as possible within the project constraints.

Training sessions are conducted onsite as well as offsite depending on your requirements and include hand-outs and class materials presented during the class. Training classes provide online access to Oracle APPS modules and include extensive labs for hands-on practice by participants.

We offer formal training  in several flavors within the Oracle ERP/CRM applications suite.

Technology Training

Oracle ERP Tool-Stack training including Development tools (D2K tools like Forms/Reports/PL-SQL etc.) , Datawarehousing tools and Analysis/Reporting tools like Discoverer.

We can customize the training to suit your specific IT requirements (for instance, if you have lots of reports to be done, we can spend more time on reporting tool (Reports 10g) and less time on other tools, this is just an example).

Functional Training

Oracle ERP Applications (R12 or earlier releases) Functional Training (Functional modules within Financials/Manufacturing/Distribution realms).

Again these can be customized to suit your requirements and participants depending on if it is for IS Subject Matter Experts or for IT developers or for Core Users (who take part in implementation) or for end-users (with more emphasis on how the ERP suite is being used in their environment).

Technical Training

Oracle ERP Applications (R12 or earlier releases) Technical Training.

This could be again in any combinations of Financial/Manufacturing/Distribution modules. The main objective will be to teach your IT developers (who are familiar with Oracle Development tools) how to do custom development within an Oracle APPS environment.

Executive Training

This training is intended for senior executives in organizations who are either involved in ERP selection or who function as the sponsors of the Implementation/Upgrade initiatives. The underlying concept is "well informed and knowledgeable senior management will drive the initiatives better in terms of leveraging the tool for business benefits that are important for the company". Training is custom-tailored to cover one or more modules and also aligned with key business needs.
